We had these ages ago and liked them. If it's cool up here I may do them for nibbles one evening. Thanks for bumping them.

Not sure if this thread is too old to comment on - but in case the OP still reads it - thank you - really, really great recipe.  One of those - wow I actually couldn't have done this without thermomix moments.  :)

Bickie, it is quite ok to bump old recipes - it gives all our newcomers a chance to see them too.  This is a great recipe.

Oh Thermomixer.  Thank you so much for this recipe.  I've amended it for Failsafe (too easy!!) and so just made it with garlic and chives and the rest.  So easy and SO DAMN YUMMY!!!

I've already given the recipe to someone who came into the house today...

Awesome!!!!

I made these today for the first time, they were REALLY YUMMY!  The whole family loved them :).  I am going to use less garlic next time, and also add some herbs to the crumbing mixture (or perhaps the whole thing?), and I'm also going to try freezing after they are completely cooked so I can just grab them out of the freezer and whack them in the oven to reheat for nights when I don't want to cook.  I used baking paper instead of foil and it worked great :)

Yes, it would be nice to hear from him again maddy - he hasn't logged in for almost 6 months now.
