Hi snappyandrew and a very warm welcome to this very warm and friendly crowd!  I know the feeling!  Took me a little while to "come to grips" with it, too!

I don't know how familiar you are with the forum but if you haven't already seen these threads, they're well worth having a browse.  These two are TMX cookbooks in themselves!

http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6470.0    . . tried, tested and true recommendations from CreamPuff63 - a long term and much valued member of the forum.  Just click on your selection and it'll take you straight to recipe and the associated thread.

http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13567.0   . .although this starts off with Chelsea's Beef Stroganoff, scroll down just a little for a list of her other very highly regarded contributions!

And remember, any question or problem at all, just pop it on here and you'll have all the advice we can muster!!

Welcome snappyandrew. What type of things have you made with your thermomix so far?
