Welcome snappyandrew. Lovely to have another member from England. You can keep Cornish Cream company while we are asleep down here!

Hi snappyandrew and a very warm welcome to this very warm and friendly crowd! I know the feeling! Took me a little while to "come to grips" with it, too!
I don't know how familiar you are with the forum but if you haven't already seen these threads, they're well worth having a browse. These two are TMX cookbooks in themselves!

. . tried, tested and true recommendations from CreamPuff63 - a long term and much valued member of the forum. Just click on your selection and it'll take you straight to recipe and the associated thread.

. .although this starts off with Chelsea's Beef Stroganoff, scroll down just a little for a list of her other very highly regarded contributions!
And remember, any question or problem at all, just pop it on here and you'll have all the advice we can muster!!
