I do not make up any recipe myself, it is always converted. I like to photocopy it, and then I write all my conversions down over the photo copy, make it, (adjust if necessary) and then post the recipe. To make the recipes more universal for everyone around the world I take my measurements
from here because its Australian and I have been adding my own to the list as I go along. I like to post weight measurements because its universal and it cuts down on washing up. I also like to make sure my ingredients are listed in the order that they used as it definitely helps to cut down any omissions from a recipe if you are not cutting to and forth.
