You are the matriarch of the forum Chookie and deserve all the good things that come your way - well done for waiting so long before opening them.  I hope the children back in Ballarat are feeling a bit better and that you and Ral enjoy your day at home tomorrow even though you will be apart from your family.  :-* :-* :-*

Well, I held on until 'The Day' and kept temptation at bay until about one hour ago and that was it, couldn't wait any longer.

My very special SS gave me the most amazing and useful gift - I just wish I could post a photo on here for you all, but I have not been able to conquer the weird world of uploading images - anyway, I digress.  I got a very beautiful white coated, wrought iron 'baroque' style recipe book holder and a mushroom storage bag.

I am so, so thrilled as I didn't have a recipe book holder and have been thinking about getting one for ages (eyeing them up in catalogues, etc.), but never got around to it and now I have the most gorgeous one you can imagine, I am so lucky!  The mushroom bag will be very well used too as it is another one of those items that I knew I should have but never quite got around to it.

A very big thank you, love and hugs to my clairvoyant SS!

Nice one Marina, glad you were happy with it.  I'll post a photo for you later.

Lovely gifts Michele, now who else is to open theirs?  Was Marina the only one to wait until this morning?

It's been another successful SS this year with just the odd hiccup so thanks Cookie for being our SS organizer and I hope you will put your hand up again next year as I know you enjoyed doing it.  3 cheers for Cookie  :-* :-* :-*

Lovely gifts Mich and Marina. Just beautiful.

I have loved doing SS and it has been fun. Just the odd hiccup but I think that is a natural part of life now a days. Hopefully we can run it next year too. I will be willing to do it.  Thank you so much all those that have participated, you have made it fun.  :-*
