Wow INAID this is a divine recipe. 8) We all loved it.Thank you for the recipe.
I didn't have zucchini so added steamed and blanched beans that I had cooked earlier with the prawns in the final few minutes.

Yum, DH dairy free 3 month period is nearly up & we are going to slowly introduce dairy to see how he goes, if all good this will be on the menu or I will have to try it when he is not around 😉

This has been on my to-do list for ages and I finally got around to making it tonight.

Delicious! DH went back for seconds.
I added some chilli in with the garlic and onions and I also added some baby spinach in my Thermoserver at the end.

Thanks for a great recipe!

Lovely recipe INAID ;D

A few tweaks, added chilli and only chopped onion mix for 2 secs. Used coriander, 250g barramundi and180g quinoa pasta and one very large zucchini and some button squash.

When I added the pasta I added the fish as well. Cooked them for only 3 mins, let sit for another 2 mins and it was perfect.Gluten free pasta can turn to glue in seconds!  4 serves. DH absolutely loved it, he has a prawn allergy, and this tasted really special.

We had 3 days in a row. I didn't get complaints but 'friendly' suggestions they said.
DH and I were discussing the pasta machine this morning and he commented that it tastes so much nicer than bought. After a bit of thought I had to agree with him.
I must check I think there is  a recipe for stir fry in the Meat on the Menu book that uses soba noodles. I will be doing my menu plan for the week today so will find some more.  ;D ;D
