I found a Cuisenart Compressor machine. Not the one I wanted, but another model. Love it! So easy to use and gorgeous ice cream. It does go a little hard, so needs to be taken out of the freezer half an hour before using. I used rapadura sugar and the ice cream tasted like caramel.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
