I made this today as I couldn't wait to make something from the book. I added a little more fruit than Tenina suggested. I was surprised when I had a slice as I had expected it to be sweeter. Perfect for having jam or honey on. I didn't put butter on the top when it came out of the oven either.
As usual another perfect Tenina recipe. I will definitely be making it many more times.
A definite 5/5 from us.

I made this earlier today & it was really easy & rose perfectly but also not as sweet as I expected.  Then I reread the recipe & I'd forgotten to add the extra 30gm of honey :-)) it's still lovely though & I'll definitely make it again & do recommend it.  I'm going to freeze one mini loaf & keep the other out for the weekend.  I've never made a loaf this shaped before.

Cookie , that does look nice. I prefer a not too sweet fruit loaf.
