Watermelon Smoothie
« on: December 09, 2013, 02:21:18 am »
Hi,
I've just returned from Thailand, where I ate more watermelon than any other food this week! It was spectacular. So, obviously, I came home and ate some more.

Watermelon Smoothie:

3-4 chunks of watermelon, straight from the freezer
1 kiwi fruit with the gnarled ends chopped off, but don't bother peeling.

Blitz on speed 8-9 for 20 seconds

Add a big blob of yoghurt, 150g of milk, and a sprinkle of chia seeds

Whizz up on speed 5 for 1 minute.

Thanks for the recipe Lisa.  I see you don't have forumthermomix linked on your blog under All Things Thermo, would love to see it listed there.

Good point Judy,
I'll definitely add it in my next review.
Thanks for the suggestion,
