So very glad you enjoyed it, Gert.  I'm still not sure I'll let DH see this thread, though - I might end up having to cook a haggis and I never liked them even when I ate meat ... loved the tatties and neeps, though!  Haggis rated about the same level as my dad's sheep's head soup UUGGGHHHHH!

What on earth would you put in a vegetarian haggis and why would you call it a haggis. A haggis is what it is and no way can it be vegetarian. I am outraged. LOL!

I suppose you could make a SAUSAGE with oats peas beans and barley though.

I like DH doesn't.... But could do for guests.... Bring own whiskey... Lol.

The shop where I bought mine had a 3 kilo Haggis in the fridge. Like a football. Need a big party for that one and it won't fit in the Thermomix!
