So easy, left it to bake while I made jam. Guess what I tested the jam on?.?
Bread making didn't go quite to plan. We got a notice this week that power was going off. I woke up at 6:20 late wanting to make bread before planned outage at 8:30. The bread didn't rise like I was expecting. Perhaps putting the salt on top of yeast wasn't a good idea :/. I had to pull it out at 8:20 to allow bake time in oven. Thermometer said 81`c at this time. Then looked at ergon notice and realise it isn't until 2nd March. Doh!
