Looks gorgeous Julie  :-*

Well, best $20 spent I think.
made a garlic/herb loaf...no fuss recipe, and crisped up in air fryer for 6 minutes, 180 c.

I had 1 small piece, hubby & DD demolished the rest...loved it.  Crispy crust, inside was light & fluffy.
I would be happy to have 2 of these mini slow cookers, rather than trying to make a big loaf....I think they present nicely the size they are.
like Julie, I sprayed pot & lined just the base....slipped out easily  :)

It looks delicious.

Maddy,  love the mini loaf.  Did you take the wire basket out of the AF to crisp up the crust.  ?
Julie,  nice to have so much love floating around!

Chookie , just popped it straight into basket.  I did Pre-heat first...was just the perfect size  :D  bonus, as my grill takes ages to heat as well.

Feeling the love Julie  :D :D

I saw Katie's little mini SC yesterday - it is so cute and I love maddy's idea of it being good to keep gravy warm when you have visitors. For that price you could have a few lined up, filled with different vegies for a self-serve meal.

Lovely bread Julie and Maddy.

Chookie, I will definately make another loaf.

I think I might have to look into getting one of those smaller SC too.

wouldn't go astray Mab...like Judy mentioned, it could be used for lots of things.   Actually it's a good size for when I dip a large quantity of cake pops...purchase justified already  :D

Bread making didn't go quite to plan. We got a notice this week that power was going off. I woke up at 6:20 late wanting to make bread before planned outage at 8:30. The bread didn't rise like I was expecting. Perhaps putting the salt on top of yeast wasn't a good idea :/.  I had to pull it out at 8:20 to allow bake time in oven. Thermometer said 81`c at this time.

Then looked at ergon notice and realise it isn't until 2nd March. Doh!
