I can't see how anything goes off in the freezer it is frozen can get freezer burn that no good bit I think it just looses it's flavour after a long time.    I really really need to do this challenge.  I have three freezers I need to get my a##e  into gear.

It will be fine Hally.  We've eaten things out of the freezer with last years date and had no after effects. :)

I just made a pie for lunch that included three sad sausages and a couple of thawed potatoes from the fridge, eggs, dead bacon from the freezer and pastry..... crushed a bulb of garlic I found in the back corner of the veg crisper and added that.
Surprisingly good.   :D

Quiche for lunch. Sour cream pastry as not enough cream, used up the ham, leek and mushrooms. Finished the cream.

So impressed with myself. I have 2 pkts of latina filled pasta in the freezer. These have been on my mind to use for a long time, now I feel I am using 1 packet in a good way :) They must have been on special. am using one to make Teninas Minestrone Soup with Cheese Tortellini. I have all the ingredients in fridge/freezer/pantry.

Yay, very happy :)

Found a packet of meatball seasoning in the pantry so put this in the SC with the meat and then found two jars in the back of the fridge with a little bit of chutney in them so threw that in as well.

I found a ramekin of food in the back of my fridge but it was mouldy LOL, think I might have to have a fridge clean out to see if anything else is hiding.
