Just a few things left now. Using up chicken breasts and prosciutto tomorrow might flatten the breasts add sun dried tomatoes and feta then wrap in prosciutto. Also defrosting the last cray tail.

Think I can go another week  as there is tuna Spam and beans. Going to try. One pizza base in freezer still. One steak and some chicken legs. Also a piece of cooked pork and a wee bit of ham. There is also some bacon and an unknown large sausage.

Yup I think I am good for another 7 days at least

Might then treat myself to a rack  of lamb.

I just realised I have no dog food left in the freezer so I Will have to buy some bits to make Jaxon's meals. Or I could use that steak and the  frozen veggies. Good thinking Gert!   And perhaps the unknown sausage could go into that as well. Yahoo!

My DH loves spam - sliced and fried - no oil as it doesn't need it.  :-\

I find it amusing Jaxon the dog is going to have steak and vegies and Gretch is happy with spam  :o I think I know who is the leader of the pack  ;) I have enjoyed your resourcefulness, and it must be wonderful to see the light in the fridge and freezer when you open the door.

It may surprise you to know I have reduced my usual 4 can backup of Spam to just two cans. I adore Spam. Always have. Poor man's ham my mother called it. I will fry it and stack a couple of slices on top of my baked beans. Yum yum. DH not so much! Or I could slather it in honey and mustard and bake it in the oven. I love it cold with good mayo on fresh store bought white bread. I can eat it right out of the can.

Yup What am ham is my Spam. Will only eat one can though. Leaving just one can of everything in the pantry. Well not mustard of course. And maybe two cans of tomatoes.

Yup,the dogs gets the porterhouse while DH  gets the Spam but that will be next week after all the fridge and freezer is gone. Leftovers tomorrow. Then the Crayfish followed by the chicken bonbons which. I will make tomorrow.

The thought of spam makes we want to hurl lol. You are doing very well Gert.

Emptied the panko fish fillet packet out of the freezer tonight. Still some salt and pepper calamari left and chips. Quick meal wasn't really quick tonight.

Spam that's something that was always in the pantry at home can't say I have bought it since moving out  :)

Did well tonight - EDC minestrone soup and actually made bread, can't believe it taken me to my second demo to realise how easy it.  No idea why we have been buying bread.

I will have to admit that I like Spam too. I like it cold with salad. It always comes with us when we travel as an emergency food. ( if we get stuck anywhere). Thank goodness we have never needed our emergency food so we eat it when we get home.

Gert you have done so well.
