I just saw the video on HO website but it's not working now  ???  Same as I saw elsewhere though.

on the auto setting you can select potion size for automatic adjustments. e.g. 3-4 serves or 6-8 serves and it will adjust the quantity of ingredients. You can choose if you want thick, runny or creamy custard ...

I'm a little concerned if the blades weren't turning and you used heat say above 80 degs that the food on the bottom would stick and burn as the heat is in a small area? ,  a small butterfly to cover blades maybe , just thinking about it!!! :)

no news on the price after 30th October  :'(

Consultants are no longer able to demo the TM31 - so they will need to purchase a new model.

Interest free available from 6/9 until 17/11 - that is a HUGE amount of time.  Time to be thinking, pondering and deciding :D

Ouch on the Canadian site: http://www.thermomixcanada.ca/whats-new.html

Please note that the production will be limited to Europe at first. Unfortunately, we do not know when it will be available in North America. The current model, TM31, will continue to be our unique model.

Now, I am definitely not sure what to do.

arafalov, how desperate are you, obviously they have quiet a few TMX 31 's left,  if you like the new features then wait, if you aren't that interested in recipes being in the machine, I don't follow recipes all that much and you are desperate for one the old model is great.  Maybe they will have great specials to sell them.

Tomorrow morning I am having a play with the new model.   Will let you know what I think.  Will try and take note of the questions asked, and answer them.  May not be able to report back until Sunday night at earliest as it is Fathers Day tomorrow and family coming for early Dinner. So may be Monday morning.

I am a computer geek :-) I like the latest and greatest gadgets, but waiting 3 more months for it was not in my plans. We'll see if they offer any real discounts on tm31. I am attending a cooking demo tomorrow and plan to ask some serious questions.

I'm hoping to have mine soon. Can't wait! New is always exciting. I really like the blade not moving feature though.

The consultants are all getting the machines now. Basically they have to get it now or they can't be a consultant. They have september to earn it through their sales so not that much time. Training early next week.
