PS To help you find recipes.On the main page of any thread, you click on 'Started By' and names go in alphabetical order. ( thanks Judy for telling me this
)
PPS Some of Chookie's recipes are hidden as they were posted by Thermomixer in the early days

Made
this one
tonight and it is in my opinion better than Lemon Delicious. It's is a dessert that always gets high praise. I pre-cooked up to the point just before you beat the egg whites, and then popped into a pre-heated oven for 15 mins after our roast dinner. My favourite filling is lemon curd and raspberries/blueberries. Its an absolute winner!

Chookie is a star in this house too, especially as DH knows who I am speaking about. I still make Isi's recipes with some regularity.
CC this is a super challenge. Thanks for thinking of it. We will be able to lots of different things.
Happy Challenge everyone.
