Purchasing 2nd Jug and Thermoservers??
« on: August 17, 2009, 11:29:50 pm »
I am about to have my demo and I am curious as to whether I can purchase another jug and thermoserver (or 2) through my demonstrator?

Any advice would be appreciated.

thanks so much. :)

OK brazen, now that you have joined the secret society, what ways can you get a second bowl?

Is it cheaper to get one at the time of buying TMX, is there any discount?  There was a promo at some stage.

So I've been told you can't purchase a thermoserver, or is it you can only purchase an extra one if you are having a demo?

Just to clarify for everyone....You can't JUST purchase a Thermoserver, even consultants can't purchase one.

If you hold a demo and purchase a machine (or purchase a machine and hold a delivery demo) you will get one free, if you hold an additional demo (lovely loyal customers!!) and a machine is sold, you can purchase a Thermoserver for $30.00 or a Thermomat for $40.00. A postage fee of $9.00 applies unless you are lucky enough to live in Perth :)

If you host a demo and decide not to purchase (or no one purchases) you can buy a Thermoserver or Thermomat same as above.

Clear as mud??  :-))

Hope it helps, this is pretty much the basic info out of the training manual

LOL - but why would you be confuzzled???   I was told I would get a free one, but then had to pay $40 when I finally held my delivery demo - you never seem to get the same answer.

Exactly!  Well my delivery demo is this Saturday and I should be getting 2 free as I bought in July as per promo.  Will see what happens!

Narelle, as long as you have 3 people / households at your demo and your bought in July, you should DEFINITELY get your two servers

Correct!

So - if anyone wants an additional Thermoserver, call your consultant, arrange to hold another demonstration and make sure you have 3 NEW households at your demo that haven't seen a Thermomix Demo before.  As long as you have 3 NEW households there you are entitled then to purchase a Thermoserver as per faffa's posts.

If you would like a second bowl and lid set - you can purchase these at any time. Occassionally there will be a promo month where discounts are offered to hosts etc. But I've only seen this once, and consultants are only made aware of these at the start of the month of which the promo begins.

Hope that helps  ;D ???

thanks everyone. I will definitely organise another demo later on for the thermoserver and save now for another jug. I reckon I'll probably end up with three jugs :o :o I totally love this kitchen appliance.
