Katj,  could use raw but I used lightly roasted,  not salted.

I have just made some Chookie , licking the bowl they taste lovely and a nice change from the biscuit and condensed milk treats.

I have just made some Chookie , licking the bowl they taste lovely and a nice change from the biscuit and condensed milk treats.

Healthier too.  GD coming for a couple of days soon.  So going to stack up on nuts.  I think she will be good at rolling little balls.

I forgot to ask, approx what size lemons are we talking about?  Mine are about closed fist size (ladies).

Katj,  because I use Meyer lemons I have to taste the mix and add accordingly.  Usually more rind and more juice.

Meyer lemons are a very mild lemon.  Half Orange and half lemon.  We live in a cold climate and this is all we can grow.
