This mornings breakfast in a jar from

1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsn cocoa powder
1 tsp honey (or any preferred sweetener)
1/4 cup diced ripe banana - I used a very small one for this amount
Add oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder and honey to a jar. Give it a good shake to combine then add the bananas and stir to mix through. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled. 245 calories if you eat the lot, I only eat 1/3 of this amount.
