Exciting new classes in Perth.

This is such exciting news. A new group called Cooking on Coventry is having cooking classes in Perth. They are actually in Benara Rd Caversham. The first is Luscious Lunch Boxes. I'm going as a) I'd like to help these ladies b) I want to see some new ideas for lunch boxes.
I will give you a little hint.........their logo is a Spotty Horse jumping over a thermomix.
If you didn't guess it is Nikkit (Nikki) and her friend Nerissa doing it. I think this is really exciting and I wish them both lots of luck.
If you need more info or how to contact them you can pm me.
I feel that I haven't broken any forum rules in promoting this as we do promote Tenina's classes and this is the same.

Nikkit is a great forum member cookie, she has been a member for 3 years and has given us many laughs in that time so it will be nice to give her our support in her new venture. I wish them well and look forward to hearing all about the classes.

Obviously these classes are a few states away from me, so I won't be attending. But I would like to wish Nikkit all the best and hope they are a huge success. If her classes are as interesting as her story telling, I'm sure they'll be brilliant.

Ladies - I am blushing!
Thank you so very much for this Cookie, Judy and CC - huge hugs to you! You are all awesome!
And to everyone else who has wished us well - thank you, thank you, thank you
I haven't been in here for a while as Nerissa (my business partner) and I have been planning, testing recipes, have done a few classes, talked, eaten a lot, talked a bit more, tested more recipes etc! We have so many plans and ideas and some pretty darned big dreams - and by golly we are going to give it our best shot.
Kimmy and Trudy - if our dreams all come to fruition (oh lordy - that scares me A LOT!) then we'll come to you one day!! (just don't hold your breath just yet ok!?)
Hence the spotty horse has been a bit neglected, but hubby and the kids are still getting fed and I know I haven't shared a story for a while...sorry! (I do have a few up my sleeve, so I will share another soon - I hope!)
I can't wait to meet you Cookie, it feels as though we are old friends already.
Thanks again ladies - you have truly made my day!
