It would have been a lot of fun, thanks for the photos cookie, was it in someone's home? I hope they didn't use that knife to cut the scrolls on the silpat mat

Can you guess which girl is Nikki from her funny stories?
No Judy they didn't use the knife. They used floss. It worked very well too.

It was a lovely day at Nikki & Nerissa's cooking class.
I had already met Cookie and was very pleased to meet KayC and Troupie, like Cookie said there was so much to eat I hardly ate any dinner that night. Lots of great tips, recipes and a warm friendly atmosphere. What could be nicer!
Hat's off to Nikki, Nerissa's and both their Mums who helped throughout.

It certainly was a great class and even though I don't pack lunchboxes anymore I still make food for picnics but it really was good food for any day and I will go again when possible. Came home and sent my post and of course it didn't work so just tried again. Also great to meet new faces from the forum.

Judy it was held at Nerissa's Mums home as the venue they had planned wasn't completed. ( I think it was Nerissa's Mum, if not it was Nikki's Mum!)

Cookie can you remember where Nerissa's mum said to buy the honey? I didn't write it down (well cant read my writing if truth be known). Want to check out the berry farm though as I took back $50 worth of berries to Coles this morning and had to throw all my jam out.

What a darn shame Troupie, but I suppose you can't take the risk.
Was it ' The House of Honey ' which is nearby on Gt.Northern Hwy?
