I made some little bread rolls in my rectangular tins this morning before my friend arrived for a card making day. We had Jo's chicken and brown rice soup with it.  The rolls had zucchini, cheese and bacon. They were more or less the same as rolls in under 1 hour (came from the other site). Most have gone but will try a photo.

You all are sooo inspirational, I am loving all these wonderful recipes and the idea of making them in serve size tins rather than a big one.. I dont have a square tin but do have a muffin tray in which I make Karen's Cheesy Veggie Muffins very often as it is hubby's go-to snack these days...

But now I feel inspired and would like to try something different in my muffin tray, will surely let you guys know how I go :)

I know you all love Nan's Curried Tuna Slice so this was my next recipe for the challenge.

I lined the bottom of the oiled pans with baking paper, some just the bottom and others up the sides to use as a handle for ease of removal just to check which method worked best.  Baked for 25 minutes only as I under bake when something is going to be frozen and reheated later. 30 minutes and they would have been nice and brown on top if you wanted to serve immediately.  Leave to rest for 5 minutes before removing from the tins.

Those with baking paper up the sides worked best of course but if they were allowed to cool completely, the other method would also work..  Me being a bull at a gate, couldn't wait for that to happen of course so they were quite difficult to remove in a tidy piece.

  A perfect recipe for this challenge and that's me for a while as I'm eating out for the next 3 days.

Your Tuna slice looks good Judy.

Today I tried out the Thermomix Boiled Fruit Cake in the little tin foil cups.  I did put half a cherry on top of each one but they all sunk.

Thought these might be a good idea for my Christmas hampers only I will make them a bit larger.

Judy that is a brilliant idea. I have big plans for this challenge but have so many appointments this week that I can't do what I want. Hopefully next week will be better.
