I freeze mine all the time Michele, it's a perfect meal to freeze and reheat.

I made the Nutella Financiers from the forum today.  I didn't get the entire tray filled. I reduced the sugar by 30g but still found them very sweet. They were nice enough but not quite earth shattering.

I havent converted a recipe but made Snappys Apple Ginger and Honey cakes in small squares. Really lovely and moist. DS has requested his with custard tonight! Thankyou Snappy.

Uhoh, I can see some shopping happening as I don't have squares or rectangles. What an oversight! DH will be pleased (hehehe)

In the meantime, I need lunches anyway so will do my standby risotto cakes in my muffin tins. I love little tins for single serves :)
