My current fave that we are trotting out around the place is kaffir lime leaves milled with the sugar, tin of coconut cream and a little bit of fruit of choice to add color...though I personally like the creamy white with little green flecks, the color is a lot more sexy at a demo...divine and chefs love it! (For demo purposes I mean...)
To purchase lemon is my favourite, I tried once when first brought the TM but was a bit of a flop. Can someone who makes lemon successfully tell me how?
