Thanks for this recipe, Judydawn. My teenage children are both vego and I often make patty/fritter type things. These were so quick and easy and mess-free thanks to the thermomix. Thanks again!

Isn't it great when someone does one of your recipes which you have completely forgotten about
Thanks Lellyj, glad your teenagers liked them.

Made these today for the grandchildren's lunch. So quick and easy to make. They loved them.
Thankyou Judy for another winning recipe.

I have about 65g ricotta leftover from German cherry crumble. Decided to make this for DD lunch box, have no green onion, so just put some garlic granule. DD said, hmm smell yummy.... DS had one for his breakfast. Thanks JD!

Yes, it seems anything goes with this recipe. I have some ricotta in the freezer so must do these again. Thanks Denzelmum, nice to see the children enjoying them.

Thanks again Judy, often make these fritters for a quick and tasty vego meal. Always do double because I usually eat about three while I'm making them, so need to mix a little longer than you specify. Tonight I used besan because I wanted to see how they would go gluten free and I actually quite liked the nutty taste it added.
Oh interesting to note that you freeze ricotta--never thought of that.

I made these today to freeze as an alternative to hash browns for breakies over the Christmas period.
I think a freezer thread would be great.
