Last week I had a chat with a chef in Newport Beach who had a problem and was less than enthusiastic about the "customer non-service" from Vorwerk. I recommended he join this forum but he said that he is working sixteen-hour days and barely has time to say "Hi" to his wife and kids and hasn't looked at his computer for months. He also has a My Cook cooking robot and is using that since the TMX is out of service. He has no problem with the Euro model because the restaurant has plenty of 220 sockets. He bought his TMX early last year when he was in Belgium for a cooking competition. Apparently chefs have no problem purchasing them directly in Europe.
Hi all, have had my machine for 2 years and won't go on holidays without it, works even with the generator.Have enjoyed reading the forum and thought it was time to introduce myself. Still need to get more beef recipes going but otherwise I (& hubby) think it's the best since sliced bread.
