Made these on the weekend for our visitors, and they were very popular - especially with the teenagers.  I took your suggestion Judy and undercooked the veg and then added it to the curry sauce with the sausages.  Yummm.   ;D

These little forum get togethers really do benefit us all don't they Karen - how many recipes that we spoke about have been done since we all got together  :D  Visitors off tomorrow if I remember correctly - let us know if they do buy a TMX when they return to the UK.  Just check your 'kitchen' before they leave for the airport to make sure the girls haven't packed your TMX  :D :D

DH told the 3 teenagers last night that since today was their last day here, they could cook us dinner for a change  :o  They have to plan the menu and tell him what they need from the shops - and he also told them that they are expected to clean up after themselves too!!   :o
I am at work all day, so who knows what I will come home to!

Maybe I should I hire my DH out to CP to sort out her kids  ;D

He certainly seems to know how to handle teenagers as well as the little tots you have Karen - what a great DH you have there.

This was very nice.  I used pork sausages which I did cook for several minutes longer.  The whole family loved the meal.  Well done! :)

Great idea karen, we're off to Bali for 10 days on Friday -- he can train them while we're gone  :D :D :D

I just wanted to say thanks so much judydawn for a fantastic Recipe :) I'm not a lover of Sausages but I will say that our local Butcher does one I do like but I can say that the money is now in my pocket as you have given me his secret Recipe.

I've only had my Thermomix since December and have never used my Veroma.  All I can say is I'm absolutely pleased that your Recipe was so easy to follow and my meal turned out to be a hit with the whole Family, it was perfect in every way.

Last week I decided to become a Consultant and can't wait to go and share my passion with others.

Thanks once again.

Wendy  :D

Made this for tea last night with leftover BBQ sausages which I added towards end. I put it in oven to thicken and cook a bit more while I cooked the mashed potato and broccoli. Very nice recipe, it will be put in my recipe folder!
Thanks

Was just wondering how to convert my curried sausages recipe to Thermomix and this has solved my problem! Thank you. Will be cooking this tonight and Im very excited as I've never used the varoma or the rice basket. Will let you know how it goes :)
