The yogurt worked ;D I used faffas recipe but used 1/2 a cup of easiyo natural yogurt, a because I didn't have any other and b I wanted to see if it worked before I forked out for some starter.

But I can see that I will be making my own from now  :-*

Uni, I made a batch in the easiyo using the easiyo sachet to use for my culture, I then made 2L and let it rest in the thermoserver.

I would prefer to make 1L at a time and if it works in the easiyo thingy, even better!  Did you use Faffas method up till the resting time and then instead of putting it into the thermoserver put it in the easiyo with boiling water?

Yes I have seen that, I love powdered milk as I am not a real fan of milk and find powdered is nicer tasting  :-\

The easiyo sachets are getting very expensive!

I have Hally's problem at the moment. My freezer is about to explode. DD has been making muffins on the weekend (she makes lovely muffins) and freezing the left overs. I only have about 4 lots of meat and 8 or so chicken breasts in there. I will have to have a very good look at it and see what we can use up. We might have to have a couple of meals from the freezer this week I think.
As a result of this, probably no cooking today. :'(
