I don't have any spare jars left. I had to raid some of DH's empty whiskey bottles for the sauce. At least, he said they were emptye ;)
Pity we don't live closer. I'm trying to get rid of Bickford cordial bottles.

Mich i am thinking once i slice it, it will fall apart it only has 1 egg  :-))

I wondered what it would be like done in a smaller, deeper dish Uni.  It is quite thin made in a tray but I used an  egglifter to remove pieces to place on the plates.  I was going to try what you did next time so will be interested to hear how it went thicker.

Nothing!!, i dont know how it happened but we have food overload again. Too many meals in the freezer & left overs in the fridge. Didnt help that I cooked 3 meals yesterday :-\

Fridgem freezer & pantry all full.

I make mine in a small lasagne dish. I like it thicker as it slices well.

JD what do u think about using bechamel instead, i have so much of it in the freezer, i will give it a go next time

i think so 2 Mich but i would need to cook off the curry but how without adding any butter or oil ,i wonder if a little water would work. any ideas ?

its not always a good thing Mich most of the time theres a backup plan, i have steamed some italian sausage just incase

i will fry them up add some nap heatup some pasta and bob's your uncle  ;D

I love to do that Uni, get a idea and change it around as you go.

You can always cook something else.. :)
