JulieO, I think your picture looks better than the one in the link you posted. It looks fantastic, and I love the shape the tin produced. I have somewhat of an obsession with tins, so I think that is one that I might have to purchase... :-)

Did you make it in the TMX?

Jakodai I used my KA to mix. It doesn't get much work as a mixer these days so use it when I can.

I've packed the 2 little tarts that were left to have on the road this morning when we stop for a coffee soon. We are on the way down the coast for an overnight visit to see dtr and grandbaby, can't wait.  ;D

That's a lovely looking tart JulieO. 

No cooking here today I have 2 of those spunky painters I was given for my birthday in the kitchen.  I don't want to interrupt them, they are doing such a good job.

JulieO, fantastic looking, looks like from a specialised gourmet store.
Asian broth with pork balls
Pork stock, wontons & chow mein so far. Also roasting 2 chicken breasts for ds lunches.

Thank you guys, my lunch was yumbo. Trying to eat garlic, corriander, ginger etc down me atm :)
