Uni is the professional, I am just a beginner.

But I do seem to be quite good  at doughy foods :)

Hally you are a great cook, not frightened to try anything and how nice it is that you are being Hally again and pumping out food by the truck load - your freezers must once again be bulging :o

DH doing jerk pork tomorrow, bless, he is attempting dinner every saturday night.

Horrible weather, its really turned >:(

Not a bad few hours :)

Ricotta, helene
Chocolate Ice Cream, tenina
Pasta, EDC
Spinach & Ricotta raviloi
Meat Ravioli, with bol sauce from freezsr
Fettucini for freezer & tonight if ds doesnt want other pasta
12 creamy chicken pies.

To come, after school pick up
Fennel salad,
Passata
Creamy mushroom sauce for tonight or freezer, love lots of choices for dinner

Clean up again.


Flour & water on bench a nightmare, any ideas ???

No bread as we still have yummy sour dough :)

let the water and flour dry  then scarpe off with a spatula or a dough scraper thingy

Made butter oat biscuits from the original womens weekly book. I think they tasted better when I was 10 and mum put them in my lunchbox  :)

I thought I had done quite well today but then saw Hallys post. :-X :-[ :-[

Chicken and yoghurt from the Indian cook book (have friends for tea on Sunday and it always tastes better after being in the fridge a couple of days)

2 carrot cakes - again

choc chip slice - but made into biscuits

and am just about to make quick chicken curry from the ECB
