I did enjoy the class, and picked up a couple of tips.
they use their "signature swirl" .....which I have seen others claim as their own signature too.....but lots of practice needed for that one....looks easier than it is, and just by using a butter knife

I didn't like the format though.  We watched her decorate the 8 different designs consecutively, then we were told to go for it.  Help was given if needed, but I thought it would have been more helpful to demonstrate one at a time, then do it ourselves.
Good to see, but honestly you can teach yourself just as easily by books & YouTube.....and pocket the money for supplies  ;)

P.S....didn't like the buttercream at all....so sickly sweet.   I think the thermomix frosting runs rings around it  ;)

Maddy, you could have run the class in a very professional way yourself and although you may have picked up a couple of tips, we all know you are Queen of cake cup decorating.  Why don't you run some classes yourself?

Now just to show you how good your decorating skills are I will post my gingerbread patty cakes I made for Mum this morning LOL.  I made no effort whatsoever as you can see  ;D
My broad bean & asparagus bruschetta w/egg & parmesan was pretty darn good though ;)

Maddy my jaw did drop when I saw those beautiful cupcakes.

Judy your food would have tasted lovely and your Mum would have appreciated the cakes.
