Just made a batch of wonton wrappers (would probably buy if I could ... a disadvantage of living in the country... but actually not as tedious as I imagined). Tonight I will fill them with pork, coriander, spring onion, ginger, garlic, chinese 5 spice, carrot & cabbage mix & steam in the varoma.
Yum ... can't wait for dinner!!! ;D

That cakes looks lovely CP.  I am still working my way through your favourites list and trying to print them when the printer co-operates.
Cooked pizza tonight and after a little drama (leaving yeast on the bench) they turned out really well.
Must try those ginger nuts Cookie, they look so nice and even.

CP is that the Banana, Yoghurt and Blueberry cake that is in your recipe book?  I have made that twice this weekend and both times it has sunk after taking out of oven.  I have extended cooking time, but to no avail.  I posted question on the original thread, but possible as it is an old thread, no one has seen it.  Would really like to solve puzzle, as it is a lovely recipe and the batter tastes great.  Any ideas everyone?

Was your DD looking over your shoulder CP?  She would be very proud of you.  I still have some little patties in the freezer so will have to try this method.
