Amy, I haven't got as far as to think about a method for yogurt making yet.  Do you recommend one in particular?

This one Obbie. Its on the forum somewhere under Babies and Kids Muesli Bars.
Still haven't converted it, and just checked pantry, no rice bubbles. Damn!

Chewy Muesli Slice
This is my muesli slice recipe with no nuts and it doesn't fall apart.  Recipe originated in a magazine, sorry can't remember which one.
Haven't made it in Thermie yet so I cant give you times/speed, etc. It is quick and super easy.

Serves: 12

Ingredients:
50g Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Caster Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Rice Bubbles
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
1/2 cup chopped soft and juicy Dried Apricots
1/2 cup Sultanas
1/3 cup Craisins

Method:
Preheat oven 180°C.
Grease a 20cm square cake pan.  Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan.
Melt butter, caster sugar and honey. Let cool slightly.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.  Add butter mixture and stir well to combine.
Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.  Smooth surfaces.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and cool completely in pan.
When cool lift slice out of pan, remove baking paper and cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container until ready to pack into lunch boxes.

Maddy is that your own birthday cake?  It has to be, it suits you right down to the ground - it's so beautiful.
