Ricotta ravioli. My MIL makes the ravioli, I just have to make the sauce and cook it.

Not sure if it was this thread, get so confused ???

Rotisserie, missing parts, yep lots of missing parts for the bbq rotissiere, and guess why, the parts we have are for our Miele oven, lol, sooo Hally, shes so back.

Anyway, dh has beefeater man coming this week to sort it out & show me how to work it, might have to film him to show dh ;D

My variation should probably be called Crunchy Muffins, due to the slivered almonds and chocolate chunk hidden inside each one ;D

Dinner is beef rendang from EDC although I also chucked in some lamb mince I had to use up, so I guess it is beef and lamb rendang!! We are also having the onion bahgees that I made the mixture of yesterday.
