I cook for 6 most nights too, lol, well it just happens, ;D  there is only 3 of us but yes enough for 6 most nights :)

I made a loaf of bread today... but since I am a bread wuss I just made it in my breadmaker :-))

Amy I am  :o . TM makes the best bread dough in a so much shorter space of time. Next time try it in TM and tell us so we can help (if you need it.)  :D

Suzanne, .i am sure you woukd love left overs, I dont, I ave just given cp beef dianne & rice for afternoon tea ;D

Looked in fridge, there is a lt of food to be eaten >:(

Amy if I can make  successful bread anyone can, you should try the Vienna loaf, that's on my list tomorrow it has had great reviews

The scrolls look delicious. Well done.
I've made Peanut Butter icecream today and Fruit loaf using candied cumquats, sultanas, dried cherries and walnuts.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie great looking fruit loaf, which recipe did you use? my last attempt was not very successful but now I have a thermometer I am going to try again DS loves his fruit bread and at $6 a loaf not cheap

It is Chookie's loaf. She uses apricots in hers. It's the one with walnut oil in it. We love it.

Those scrolls look yummy, as does the bread. The oven repairman is coming on Friday with theatres for my oven! Stupid autocorrect- he's coming with the parts for my oven!!!!!!
