Good to hear it's hot in Perth, hopefully that means we'll have a warm day in Melbourne on Saturday for the school fair. Last 3 years we've had pouring rain!
Today I've made chookie's chocolate delight, will try it tonight for dessert. Also made some berry muffins, got bolognese sauce bubbling away on the stove top (chopped everything in TMX) and I'm making frozen mango bars, got the cream in the freezer now. The fella brought mangoes around on the weekend, even though we don't eat them  :-\
Loving my productive day in the kitchen, if only I'd had time to make bread would have been the perfect day!
Melbourne, inner north

Good looking cooking Uni.  :D
Today I am doing another batch of filled sausages as I forgot to take a pic yesterday  :-\
Want to do scrolls too but feel like I am going down with Miss6s sore throat band temp, so can't be bothered doing much.  :(
