Uni, Donna Hay blitzes porcini mushrooms and sprinkles it over steaks before cooking on a griddle or BBQ.  Have always wanted to do it but porcini mushrooms are so expensive to buy for just a tiny packet and 1 small packet wouldn't make much powder I wouldn't think. Nice to see you much better in your new avatar by the way.

Michele love the look of the coloured lasagne sheets.

We're having pork snitzels, mashed potato & leftover zucchini & rice pie today.

Well, it was Fast Chicken Curry from the EDC last night.  All good.  Will chop potatoes slightly smaller next time, they were JUST done.
Porridge for breakfast for me and DS today.
Making vege stock concentrate now, then doing lasagne.  ;D

And maybe some bread to go with it - might try out my non-TMX foccacia recipe in there and see what it comes out like  :)

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

I've tried to convert a biscuit recipe to TM, but I've gone wrong somewhere. The custard that is supposed to be sandwiches between the biscuits is too runny. Damn! :(

I've made a Vienna loaf today and ILB chocolate cake - 1 small cake for freezer plus 12 cupcakes. Marinating some chicken for dinner tonight.

Thanks to everyone for the photos of all the fab food.  JulieO ,  you are a star,  but then we all know that.
Visitors tonight.  Bit of a challenge as they are on a low sugar Diet.  Have made a Pav with Splenda, Will top with cream and berries. if it tastes OK , will post. Only 100 cals per serve.
Cutlets,(lamb) marinated with EVOO ,rosemary and garlic.  Cooked on BBQ.   Mashed Spuds, Asparagus.
Made 8 bread rolls and 1 small loaf from Cookie's recipe. And made Bruce's Ice cream with Yoghurt. Posted.
The latest issue of Gourmet Traveller has a lift out of things to do with Olives.  It would be worth buying , just for this.

You have been busy Chookie. Michele what does a dessert lasagna have in it? I love the sound of that. Looking forward to seeing your turned out lasagna.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
