That looks really nice TL - I'm not into tofu but would eat that if it was put in front of me.  How romantic to cut it into a heart shape.

That looks fabulous, and so romantic.
I'm wrapping up all the baked goodies that i made yesterday, and have suddenly realised that I forgot to make the pastry for the minces pies. I'll have to squeeze that in tomorrow morning I think.
It always looks a lot of food when you are baking, until you start packaging it up :)

Will be making more tomato paste today.  Have been loving the tomato price wars between Safeway and Coles over the past few weeks.  Discovered that semi dried tomatoes whizzed up in TMX makes for great easy paste.  I know there are other ways of cooking tomatoes down but this is easy. Pop tomatoes in dehydrator over night then whizz and freeze in the morning :)

Fruit looks nice Kim.  I think I'd dip the strawberries in chocolate and have them on the top, still room for white grapes under them.  You seem to be doing a bit more cooking these days, is DD letting you into the kitchen a bit more ;)

Frozzie - are those fruit sticks for school?  Just felt the  need to say that those sticks around young children, unless they're being very closely supervised, can be problematic - speak from many years of experience teaching youngsters.  Your picture looks fabulous - but I suggest that if the fruit is for the younger ones then maybe just let them pick up the fruit with their fingers . . .  :D

Fruit sticks are looking so pretty! But I agree with goldstick, those sticks can be tricky, having been poked in the face with one just a few days ago at the daycare Christmas party...

The fruit is for adults and some kids but mainly the adults.. Will see what they say.. Parents are there so should be watching their own children especially ones that want to be stupid with them..i might cut the pointy end off just in case...

Love the rainbow of fruit sticks.  Gonna have to steal that idea for the next kids birthday party we have...  ;)

Made brioche dough to make some custard scrolls.
And now a batch of raspberry jam cooking away.  Might see if I can get onto a batch of cookies and cream fudge after the shool pickup too...gotta get the xmas hampers sorted quite soon!  Although also have to sew 3 more bags to give them in, so better get that underway as well.

I just made some umami paste but instead of removing the blitzed walnuts and parmesan from the bowl before adding the romas, I left them in and cooked them with the tomatoes  :-\  Don't know why I did that this time,  :-))  Anyway I picked out as many of the skins as I could but have left most in there, won't forget that next time.  :P
