Some pizza dough which will magically transform into calzones at some point this afternoon/evening (when I find some inspiration/motivation)

Mint sauce - a non-tmx recipe which I am trying in it anyway - probably no real benefit for boiling the ingredients in there (just bring to the boil and then add the mint, then bottle), but it has done a fab job of chopping the mint  ;)

Then it's going to be a creamy pasta with mushrooms dish for dinner (the in-laws gave a us a box of mushrooms yesterday, plus I already have some, so going to be mushrooms for the next few nights, plus in the calzones...)

Obbie, you are so lucky you are able to pick your own plums.  Mine come from the market.

Kimmy, Plum Sauce is definitely a possibility but it will need to wait for another day as I have de-stoned enough plums for today  ;D

Thanks Michele, the fridge is bare apart from salad ingredients but I still managed to rustle up 4 meals  ;D  Each day I say I am going to have to go food shopping but I think I can put it off for another day now.
