My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I love anything Nigella! Which book it's the recipe from?

Some how these (and a few more) were made in my kitchen today :o

I'm trying to resist finishing the lot so I can be healthy tomorrow ;)

Oh, you meant to say "delicious" didn't you Amy :D
-There is a lower fat version that I will try next time, but I had to make the "authemtic" ones first time around :D

Of course, delicious is what I meant, my silly laptop has started typing words for me :D :D :D
I understand you needing to make the authentic ones first Jamberie, you need to taste them so you can compare them to the healthy ones ;D

Exactly!
And if I feel I haven't quit perfected the recipe I might just need to try the full fat version again ;)

☺😊☺
I had to try out my new Icecream maker today so I made vanilla Icecream this morning. I was going to make Hallys Christmas ham pasta for dinner, but I used the cream in the Icecream😳 Instead, I made the creamy zucchini pasta and added the ham to that. I put in in front of DH, and he said that it looked like vomit on a plate😁. Fortunately, he overcame his first impression and enjoyed it.
I also swapped some zucchini  for apricots with my parents, and promised them some apricot jam. So far, I've turned 2 kg of apricots into jam and am now out of jars!

Husbands say the nicest things ES, glad the dish proved him wrong though.  That ice-cream looks great - bet you are pleased with your new purchase.

Those doughnuts look very enticing too Jamberie.
