Thanks Hally. I made these using a donut maker so they aren't deep fried, but they do have lots of butter and sugar on the outside ;D

You are welcome Hally and love to hear about the sticky pork belly as I really want to cook that one.
I will make smoked salmon fish cakes for the freezerwhen I come home from babysitting. Have lots of smoked salmon to use up and DH loves the fish cakes. Will now have to rethink dinner  ???

Visitors today.  Eggplant dip, with potato chips from new machine.  roast chicken, roast veggies, greens from garden. Uni's Panna Cotta,  for first time,  with raspberries.  Will try and post photo of these chips as I think they would be great for kids.

Don't you just love when that happens! When we are on egg rations, I have needed to put a sticky note on carton to stop this exact same thing ;D

Little bit excited as have just made butter and condensed milk. Can't believe how easy that was.
Also made passionfruit flummery and passionfruit slice. Having a cuppa then off to make pork filling for tomorrow's steamed Chinese buns and some sort of risotto for dinner :)
