That's amazing Uni, whatever made you think to do that :o   Was it sort of like a coleslaw salad, what did you have in it, surely not lettuce?

Red cabbage, toms, cucumber, carrots, and cabbage
Drained all of the juices for about ½ hour than added parm cheese, egg and parsley   

i dont know what i was thinking JD  :-))

My frittata from my new frittata machine using left over roast veg, a little bacon & zuchinni. If it has bacon jn & call it bacon frittata cp will eat:)
