Great job Jamberie - you have far more patience than I have with something like that.  Well done to you

I have to laught at that Judy, patience is certainly not one of my virtues! I think the fact that you work on it for 2 minutes then put it away for 30mins+ makes it do-able.

Thanks for the compliments everyone :) They were really delicious BTW!

They look very good Maddy - when you ice do you start in the centre and go out or other way around?

Today  had a go at 3 new recipes.
bottled apples in the TMX.  It is possible.
Made Salmon steaks in Chraimeh sauce. From Yotam Ottolenghi's ' J erusalem'.   Good one as sauce can be made day before ,  in the TMX,  and the spices can be adjusted to taste.
Baby Spinach Salad with dates and Almonds.  Good also but not TMX.

Cakes look lovely Maddy.

Delicious meal Chookie  :)

I've just cooked a chicken in my pressure cooker, which I'm going to make into chicken & mushroom pies.
I also have my sourdough starter out of the fridge and I'm going to try my luck at another sourdough loaf.
