Thanks Amy that is the recipe I do. This time I used shaved ham slices instead of chopped ham. Much easier to roll ;)

 Well today I finally cracked sour dough bread - not using a recipe from here but it seems to work for me.   Will be making "farty" soup later - jerusalem artichoke and celeriac  ;D ;D
