I just made a zucchini slice in a fluted ring tin for a friend who is not well, meant to take a pic but forgot and she has it now.  :-\

Today I've made 40 second icecream, brownies, mini pasties and I've got coconut chicken curry cooking in thermie right now. Pasties for dinner tonight, curry for tomorrow.
