I love home made pasties, roll on cooler weather.  Soup seems to be making the odd appearance on menus regardless of the fact it is still summer. ;)

Yes Judy. We love soup and have now had it twice in the last few days.

Haven't cooked for 2 days.   Couldn't stand it any longer,  so made this.  No recipe,  just layers of Fab. Bol. Sauce,  Helene's ricotta with mushrooms and Zucchini, grilled egg plant and finished with a little cheese.

It does sound nice Chookie and sometimes you just have to cook something, even if it is hot.
