I just made a zucchini slice in a fluted ring tin for a friend who is not well, meant to take a pic but forgot and she has it now.
She was so pleased

Today I've made 40 second icecream, brownies, mini pasties and I've got coconut chicken curry cooking in thermie right now. Pasties for dinner tonight, curry for tomorrow.
