I made a great Jam yesterday with some exotic fruit..  Can't remember what the tree was, and the tag is missing.
crossed between a logan and a lychee.

Tastes nice though. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Yesterday I made salmon mornay (special awesome cheese sauce with tins of smoked salmon mixed thru and cooked rice added) which was woolfed down by 3 girls in a very short space of time!  :D

Also made smoothies for morning tea (much to DHs delight - "these are great, did you do them in TM? - well of course you must of cuz they took you no time to make")  :-))  ;D  :-*
:D

testing an all in one meal.  Chicken in Sweet Chilli sauce, lime juice, kiffir lime leaves, garlic, Rice in basket, veggies in tray.  All in Varoma.
Will post if OK as it can be made as spicy or not as required.
Steamed some beetroot in Basket.

I have some sour dough bread rising. It is taking a while as it is lovely and cool here today.

Cookie,  hope the SD turns out well.  It is amazing how each loaf of SD is slightly different

The chicken recipe was really nice,  and so easy as an all in one meal.
Will post.

I look forward to that chicken recipe, Chookie.
I have just recovered from a busy weekend and have baked Hally's high loaf as we are completely out of bread.

This weekend, I made a version of the choc orange icecream pie with smarties instead of malteasers. It was very popular with both kids and adults, alike.
I also made turkey and cranberry sausage rolls, vegetarian sausage rolls, Amy's mini quiches, Dede's choc crunch slice, lemon yoghurt cupcakes, and an egg free marble cake, decorated to look like a pool party for DS's birthday. This birthday has gone on for days  ;D
