Maddy,  DH and I both think you are a very clever person.
Today made SD loaf,  Amy's Rhubarb and yoghurt cake .  I add ed a crumble topping.  Made Spinach and sweet potato Gratin, and Rhubarb, apple and berry jam crumbles.

Maddy I love the cupcakes. Chookie have been a busy girl.

Amy, you do know that when ytou make crio concentrate you can use the crio twice? That is you can make 2 lots of concentrate from the same grounds.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Have made chocolate cake and mini muffins, and a rhubarb cake  ;D
Have just whipped up the Creamy Vanilla Frosting to go with the wee cupcakes and waiting for it to chill.

And now have run out of flour, so no more baking today  :o
